We ship our products with PostNL, a Dutch mail service.
Because of safety reasons we only ship with a track and trace code outside of The Netherlands.
This is both for envelope and packages.

When you have a certain order amount in your shopping cart, you can use a coupon for free shipping!

Returns

When you are not satisfied with your order or if there is something wrong with the ordered products, it is possible to return it to us.
Please make sure to contact us beforehand, so we can help you as much as possible.

Unfortunately we can’t refund the shipping costs if it is returned by the right of withdrawal. In the case of a complaint we might be able to (partially) refund the shipping costs.

We will refund the order amount within 20 days after receiving the returned products in good condition.
